Near Real Time Identity Operations

4D’s Project Management, on behalf of the Army Research Lab (ARL), of the Near Real Time Identity Operations (NRTIO) included oversight of engineering, integration, installation activities, and system deployment support. The NRTIO terrestrial communications network was designed and implemented under the requirements of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), Operational Directorate (CCJ3) Joint Emergent Operational Need (JEON) CCE-0008. The NRTIO provided the real-time capability to conduct identity operations using unclassified communications that deny potential adversaries from routinely migrating with anonymity throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
